"Faith, honor and justice are the right of every man, no matter how rich or poor, no matter how educated or ignorant. They should be found as often in the fields of farmers as it is in the fields of battle."
-Foster Orion Arjerm, Temple Knight Commander, Abbot to Maera's Abbey
The Fury’s Gaze was established and is overseen by Ser Foster Arjerm the Virtuous, of the Temple Knights of Ishgard, to facilitate steady organized mercenary work within Coerthas and Ishgard through the Holy See’s Templeleves and Hunts. It offers honest gil for honest work, and serves as a route to Ishgardian citizenship for foreigners and as a pathway to knighthood in the Temple Knights for those who are already citizens. The Fury’s Gaze provides all of its members a room within Mother Meara’s Abbey with all that it can. This includes three meals and two supplemental snacks each day whilst not on assignment. Further, the Company offers maintenance and requisition services for those that need it, along with appropriate medical care for any injuries sustained in the service of the Company or Ishgard. All jobs offered through the Fury’s Gaze pay a premium, compared to Templeleves and Hunts for those unaffiliated with the Free Company.

A Mother's Mercy:Mother Maera’s Abbey serves as home to many within the Brave Initiative, but also to any who wander and are in need of aid, citizen and outsider alike. Among the bodies and personnel often found about the grounds are those who make up the 103rd Temple Knight Chapter known formally as the Coerthan Ravens.
♦
Service to Ishgard for her citizens:Any and all can find work within the Brave Initiative ranging from common citizens or seasoned mercenaries. As part of the Temple Leve program this does provide work alongside those most native to Ishgard such as Temple Knights, House Knights, Skysteel Manufactory, or even the Hounds which might see further opportunities. We also entertain private contracts from a variety of patrons, Clan Centurio and various guilds among them.We work diligently to ensure all members are equipped and ready for the threats they are expected to face as the work we take is seldom easy. In exchange for the demand placed upon you for these services, The Brave Initiative offers a livelihood, as well as an easier pathway to Ishgardian citizenship for those interested.

You are responsible for your character, their narrative and their actions in the narratives of others. If you find people do not want to roleplay with your character as a result of their gruff nature, you are responsible for determining an approach to resolve that. If this cannot be done between the parties involved you are allowed to seek a mediation from an officer but this should never be considered your first option.5:
Constructive feedback and general ideas are welcomed and while every suggestion isn't required to have a fully formed solution behind it, we at least expect articulation on the issues that someone has so that we can find a merited solution but there is a difference between that and a complaint. If you cannot add to the solution or propose means to change it with respectful intent, that is a complaint and complaints will not be entertained.6:
As an FC we do expect our members to act with not only respect for themselves but also respect for the space we want to promote here. This means we don’t support behaviors such as but not limited to, spamming, trolling (not to be confused with memeing the friendlier counterpart), begging, flaming, or other anti-social actions.
